Your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Technical Lead with a strong passion for front-end development to join our dynamic team. As a Java Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and developing software solutions that exceed client expectations. Your expertise in Java and your keen interest in front-end technologies will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership to developers, offering guidance, mentoring, and coaching for successful project delivery.
2. Collaborate on software architecture and design, ensuring scalable solutions and making key technical decisions.
3. Develop efficient Java code adhering to best practices, and integrate front-end components for a cohesive user experience.
4. Conduct code reviews and problem-solving to ensure code quality and address technical challenges.
5. Engage with clients, stay updated on emerging technologies, maintain documentation, and promote team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring Boot Framework, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience in CI/CD
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
